Delivery and Packaging

For sales within the UK postage is included and pieces are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This is an insured, tracked and signed for delivery service.

I aim to send ‘in stock’ items within 5 working days. If you require pieces by a specific date or to be delivered on a particular day please contact me.

All our jewellery pieces are supplied in a presentation box, style may vary.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Should you not be happy with your purchase I am happy to exchange it or give you a refund.

If you want to return an item, please contact me first by email (within 14 days of receiving the goods). You are required to return them within 14 days of this contact. I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items providing that items are returned in their original condition, undamaged and unworn. The customer is liable to pay return postage. Please send back in the original packaging including the padded envelope, I take no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels and would recommend you use a tracked/insured service such as Special Delivery to safely return your items.

We are unable to accept the return of earrings for pierced ears due to hygiene reasons.

 

Repairs

We check each piece of jewellery before sending it out to you, so hopefully it will arrive to you in perfect condition. Should a fault occur with my jewellery due to manufacture rather than ill use, I am happy to repair this for you free of charge, this is decided at my discretion. Please contact me before sending the piece back, preferably with a photo so I’m able to see the issue.
