The trio whelk stud earring created in recycled sterling silver, is an everyday must have for the beach lover. They are light and easy to wear, a balance of petal-like forms to create curved three-cornered ear studs. These studs are inspired by springtime on the shore when balls of whelk eggs are scattered in the tideline like cherry blossom.

These stud earrings are created in our North Wales studio. The surface of the silver has a textured, satin finish. The earpost is soldered to the back of the earring and is 0.8mm in diameter. These earrings come with sterling silver scrolls (butterflies). During the making process, subtle differences occur which results in each pair of earrings being unique.

 

These earrings are made from responsibly sourced recycled sterling silver. (earposts and butterflies are standard sterling silver)

Sea Oak

The Sea Oak collection depicts the tangles of treasure left at high tide. The designs explore the forms and textures of the rippled pods of sea oak and clusters of whelk egg cases. These are highlighted as individual pieces such as ear studs and pendants or combined to create wearable shorelines in the form of statement necklaces and bold earrings.

    To keep your jewellery looking at its best please keep it in the box and tissue it arrived in or alternatively store it in a sealed plastic bag to prevent tarnish forming.

    For sales within the UK postage is included and pieces are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This is an insured, tracked and signed for delivery service.

    I aim to send ‘in stock’ items within 5 working days. If you require pieces by a specific date or to be delivered on a particular day please contact me.

    All our jewellery pieces are supplied wrapped in tissue in a presentation box, style may vary.
